Signage: When you enter the forest, at the beginning there is no signage but after passing the abbey, you can follow the blue signs
Route / Conditions:
To enter the forest path from the parking, follow the sign that says, "Sentier forestier"
There are very steep and rocky paths.
There are technical parts where there are ropes to assist you up and down the hill sides. You might have to do some climbing!
Paths can be very muddy after rainfall
There are a few benches along the route

Scenic hike with pine trees and flowers in a forest and along a rock face
There are view points
It is a fairly long and adventurous walk, don't forget to bring enough water and snacks for you and your pooch!
Comfortable and sturdy hiking/walking shoes are recommended
